"Everything is Energy"
We were all taught the physical aspect of things around us. Since we were young, we all explored, did experiments, made conclusions, and validations. As a human being, we mostly believe when we see the physical or tangible things.
I love Science! Many of the people I know love it too. From childhood we are usually taught about gravity, magnets, inertia; we get to know how our DNAs look like, our internal organs, the layers of the atmosphere, the core of the earth, the planets, the universe, etc., we get to explore how things are made. But have we ever explored the minute particles which we can't see, like the particles of the air, molecules of water and why the sun's rays are so powerful?
With Pranic Healing, I learned that everything is energy. Our thoughts, emotions, and words are energies. We get the natural energy from different sources like the air, sun, and from the ground. "Pranic" from the root word Prana means 'life force or breath of life', in Chinese it's called 'Chi', in Japanese it's called 'Ki', in Hebrew it's called 'Ruach'. Prana is flowing around us. Prana gives us vitality and the ability to handle life as we face it on a daily basis.
Pranic Healing is the science and art of energy healing. It is a no-touch therapy, non-religious healing modality that heals the energy body present in all living beings. It is a way of life that can heal all aspects of our life, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially and spiritually. It was developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui to alleviate the pains and sufferings of mankind.
Grand Master Choa is a Filipino-Chinese business man based from Cebu. Presently, there are eight (8) Pranic Healing Masters directly mentored and taught by the Grand Master himself. Here in the country, we are very lucky to have Master Faith Sawey assigned to handle the Philippines directly.
"Meditation on the Lord's Prayer"
I'm very lucky and blessed to be part of this workshop entitled " Spiritual Journey through the Meditation on the Lord's Prayer" last 21 and 22 May 2016 at the Bayanihan Center, Unilab, Mandaluyong. Everything was meant to happen and this life changing event really transformed me. The experience can never be repeated but the priceless teachings will always stay in my heart forever.
The first day, we were welcomed by Master Faith Sawey. Master Faith taught us about the beauty and importance of The Lord's Prayer, the deeper meaning of each phrase, the power behind each word uttered and the intentions being given while reciting the prayer. This made me fall in love with Christianity. Now, I fully understand why I need to think good, feel good and do good.
"Melt boundaries and Create Oneness"
On the second day, 5 speakers were assigned to share their experiences about Pranic Healing. Each of them prepared their presentations and showed us how Pranic Healing changed their lives. Another reason to love Pranic Healing is it doesn't negate any beliefs or religions but gives a deeper explanation and meaning to every ritual/religious practice. Pranic Healing gave me a deeper understanding about energy. Energy is the missing link in all religions. Imagine if we were taught about the effect of good thoughts, emotions and deeds, then there will be peace and illumination in the whole world. How wonderful! I'm still amazed by this special event. Pranic Healing is truly a gift from God.

I love how Jeff presented himself and his experiences as an individual who embodies the teachings of Christ. He is very well prepared to show how Love truly is a powerful tool for everything.
The Power of Pranic Healing in Medicine by Dr. Mary Anne Ilao
(Pranic Healer, Neonatologist, Chief Dept. of Newborn Medicine at Fabella Hospital)
Good thing we have doctors who are also Pranic Healers. Dr. Mary Anne explained to us the power of positive energy as presented by Dr. Emoto's study about water crystals. Since our bodies are made up of 72% water, we can see how negative words, rock music and even names can affect the composition of water. And amazingly, prayers, positive thoughts, positive affirmations and classical music gave beautiful crystal formations of water molecules under a microscope.

Path of Enlightenment, Key to Financial Freedom by Ms. Marilou Arquero

Ms. Marilou gave a very inspiring talk about prosperity by giving points on:
- essence of doing what you love,
- doing things for a higher purpose (meaning for the benefit of all humanity)
- simplify your life - letting go of things that doesn't serve you, may it be material, emotional or psychological.

Achieving Wholesome Joy by Migi Gonzaga

I love how Migi put emphasis on the word "Love". Bringing importance to the letter "O" which symbolizes oneness with God and oneness with all. During her comedic stint on stage, she really glows so much as a very strong woman and loving mother.
Master the Art of Gratitude by Ms. Araceli Prado

Ending our day with the last presentation about Gratitude - key to prosperity and success. Always start a prayer with 'Thank you' and remember to count your blessings.

A weekend filled with so much knowledge about how to live a wholesome life. I'm so grateful and so blessed. I highly recommend for you to take the Pranic Healing seminars. It helped me manage my life, my relationship with others, my business and career.
As Master Faith taught us when choosing always consider:
- Is it food for the soul or for the body only?
- Is it permanent or temporary?
And you can choose, Do you want to be the :
- Victim or the Victor?
- Patient or the Healer?
- Prosperous or Popular?
Thanks to Pranic Healing, now I can feel the transforming effect of every Sunday mass, I believe in God as the great source of life so I am purifying myself to be a great vehicle of healing to others. I believe there is heaven and hell, it starts from our mind, our thoughts and emotions. Whatever we think, we manifest.
Let's live a wholesome life for our families and for a better nation.
